From M27 leave at junction 7.
Exit the motorway roundabout onto Upper Northam Road, heading for Hedge End.
When you are in the centre of the town turn right, onto St Johns Road, at the traffic light contolled cross roads.
Take the 2nd left, onto Freegrounds Avenue.
4th right will lead you onto Upper St Helens Road.
Portlet Place is the 1st and 2nd left. Follow the road round until you find number 31.
